Too Hot to Save Myself and My Garden

It has been triple digit weather here in the South.  I spend most of my time jumping from air conditioned vehicles to air conditioned buildings.   The last thing I want to do when I get home is garden.  Some of the weeds are as tall as the rose bushes and the various ivys are running rampant.  I think the neighbors are talking...  When I do get home all I want to do is spend time in my huge dark den on my computer perusing swaps or making lovely things for my partners.  This is not reality.  I need to do something important, like save small animals from getting hit by cars or rolling bandages for a worthy cause.  Someone help me!

I hear yah on wantin' to stay INdoors and wanting to do something other than swapping. Swap-Bot pulls you right in :) It's a nice thing to have around when nothing else is going on. I totally understand!

Before the summer began I told myself I would visit museums and take a sewing class. Did I? Nope. I ended up swapping all summer!
